Three years ago I decided to change my life and be healthier.
I joined the gym, hired a personal trainer and slowly started changing my eating habits.
Since then I feel like a total different person, lighter and happier. Turns out that we really are what we eat.
One of the big issues with eating salads in restaurants is that they sound like a healthier option but the truth is that they are high in calories because of the dressing and ingredients that come with the mixed greens.
In the last 4 months I haven’t eaten out at all, I have eaten my homemade meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It resulted in a more significant weight loss and a lot of savings for us.
I like to make this salad dressing because it’s simple, tasty and light (mustard has no calories!).
