Tonight I wasn’t in the mood to spend hours in the kitchen so I prepared a light, healthy meal for me and my husband. I made a couple of chicken breasts with a side of salad and brown rice. Simple but very flavourful. The secret? Parsley.
This recipe is in honour of my friend Roberta, who always asks for something new to cook for her husband and kids. I also shared this recipe with a friend back home because her husband hates when she fries anything.
